RockFlow Existing Customer Re-Deposit Promotion

  • Users who have completed their first deposit before September.

Existing Customer Deposit Reward Rules:​

  • Eligible Participants: Users who completed their first deposit before September
  • Reward Details:
    • LV 1: Deposit of $500 or more will receive a $15 commission voucher
    • LV 2: Deposit of $1,000 or more will receive a $30 commission voucher
    • LV 3: Deposit of $2,000 or more will receive a $60 commission voucher
    • LV 4: Deposit of $3,000 or more will receive a $90 commission voucher
Reward Unlock:

Once your single deposit during the promotion period meets the required amount and is credited, the commission voucher reward will be issued to your account within 5 business days after the deposit is credited. The voucher can be used to offset commissions for US stocks and US stock options trading.

FAQ​

1. How many times can I participate in this promotion?

  • Each eligible RF-ID can only receive the above existing customer re-deposit reward once.
  • Each device can only participate in this promotion reward once; other accounts logged in on the same device are not eligible for the reward.
  • The use of any virtual machine to participate in any RockFlow activity is prohibited; otherwise, you will not be eligible for any rewards.

2. Do I need to deposit funds during the promotion period to receive the reward?
Yes, deposits must be made during the promotion period, and the user must have completed their first deposit before September to qualify for the reward.

3. What is the criterion for determining the deposit amount for rewards (USD 500 / 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000)?

  • The amount of your initiated transfer/remittance will be used as the basis for reward determination, not the actual credited amount.
  • If deposits are made in non-USD currencies, the amount will be converted to USD based on the exchange rate on the day of remittance. RockFlow will use the rate published by a third party on the day of deposit.
  • RockFlow will verify the actual submitted amount in the payment channel within 5 business days after the deposit is credited. If discrepancies are found, issued rewards will be reclaimed.

4. When will I receive my reward?
Commission vouchers will be credited to your account within 5 business days after the deposit is credited and can be used for trading US stocks and US stock options.

  1. This program is open to all legal residents from RockFlow-approved account opening regions, aged 18 or older, and holding valid identification.
  2. Rewards under this program are provided by RockFlow. RockFlow is an online US and Hong Kong stock trading platform operated by Rockalpha Limited, a New Zealand FSP-licensed company, offering secure and legal US and Hong Kong stock trading through Interactive Brokers.   3. RockFlow reserves the right to adjust the scope or content of the incentives at any time.
  4. This reward is limited to existing customers who completed their first deposit before September, did not withdraw funds during the promotion period, and completed a re-deposit. Each user may register only one trading account with RockFlow. If your RockFlow account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, RockFlow may, at its discretion, revoke your commission voucher reward and restrict your participation in future promotions.
  5. Each device, whether mobile or computer, is eligible for only one set of rewards.
  6. To verify user identity, the company may, if necessary, request additional information from the user.
  7. RockFlow reserves the right to terminate the incentive program at any time without prior notice.
  8. Local language translations are provided for convenience only. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the terms or rules of this promotion, the English version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.
