How to deposit via Velo to RockFlow?

TO PERSONAL ACCOUNTS​

1. Go to Move Money​

  • Tap the button located at the bottom navigation bar.

2. Select “Transfer”​

3. Select a "Send to" account​

  • Create a new recipient or select an existing International Wire recipient account.

4. Enter the “SWIFT/BIC” code​

  • Swift Code: BKCHSGSGXXX
  • If the receiving bank is in a country where we support local currency delivery, you’ll see both a local currency and USD delivery option. Otherwise, only USD will be displayed.
  • Select the delivery currency and enter the transfer amount either in foreign currency (if available) or USD.
  • For foreign currency delivery, we’ll provide a real-time foreign exchange rate.

5. Fill in information​

  • Fill in the required information, such as Name, Bank details, etc. Check with the recipient or your receiving bank to ensure you have the accurate information.
